Behavioural Health Coaching
What is coaching?
Coaching at Intellect comprises 30 or 60-minute virtual sessions with International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified Coaches, Counsellors, and Psychologists. You have access to unlimited coaching sessions per year, giving you continuous support whenever you need it.
Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process that helps you set goals, gain clarity, and overcome challenges in a supportive space.
You can use coaching to improve areas such as:
- Health and lifestyle
- Productivity and time management
- Setting boundaries
- Relationships and conflicts
- Work or personal stress
- Leadership coaching
- Building healthy habits
- Discovering your purpose
How do I book coaching sessions?
You can book a coaching session via the Care Tab on the Intellect app or from the Home page on the web.
Are there coaches who speak my local language?
Yes! We have local Behavioural Health Coaches available, allowing you to choose a coach from your region who speaks your native language and understands your cultural background.
Can I change coaches?
Absolutely! We believe it’s important to work with a coach who is the best fit for you. If you feel your coach isn’t the right match, you can easily switch to a different coach directly in the app:
- Go to the Messaging section
- Click the 3 dots at the top right
- Choose the option to change coaches
Holistic Support
What are holistic sessions?
Holistic sessions include virtual sessions and unlimited text-based messaging with a physical, nutritional, financial and legal coach to discuss your needs related to these wellness topics.
Each team member has access to:
- Financial, Nutritional and Physical = 2x credits each for 30-min consultations
(these can be done separately or combined into 1x 60-min consultation). - Legal = 1x credit for 60-min consultation.
Clinical Support
What is clinical support?
Clinical Support at Intellect — also known as therapy and counselling — offers 60-minute sessions with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors. They provide culturally sensitive care to address deeper-rooted challenges, relieve distress, and manage crises.
Examples of areas you can seek clinical support for:
- Chronic depression
- Grief and bereavement
- Anxiety issues
- Addictive behaviours
- Eating disorders
- Trauma-related concerns
Note: Psychologists are not able to prescribe medication, nor provide medical leave certifications.
If required, our clinicians may refer you to a Psychiatrist — a medical doctor specialised in diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and prescribing medication for emotional health needs.
Please note that only the psychiatrist consultation is covered; medication costs are not included.
How many clinical sessions do I have per year?
You are entitled to 6 clinical sessions per year (virtual or in-person), each lasting 60 minutes. Your credits refresh annually on 1 April.
For psychiatry sessions, the number of sessions is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on individual needs.
How do I book clinical sessions?
You can access Clinical Support, either by referral from your Coach, or if you would like to connect with a Clinical Provider directly.

What is Dell’s emergency process?
Team members must report immediately all concerning situations, threats, acts of violence (including domestic violence) and stalking. These situations may be direct or indirect, occurring at a Dell facility or involving a team member while on company business, including business travel. Incidents must be reported to one of the following entities:
- The team member’s direct line manager
- Human Resources (HR) via My HR
- Speak Up
- Global Security Operations (GSO) Operations & Fusion Center
All team members are responsible for reporting threats or threatening behaviour they have witnessed, received, or had reported to them.
24/7 Crisis Helpline
What is the 24/7 Crisis Helpline?
A dedicated helpline providing immediate support for individuals in urgent distress. Calls are typically answered within 25–45 seconds by trained professionals from the Crisis Helpline team, who offer:
- Empathetic listening
- In-the-moment emotional support
- Crisis intervention
- Referrals to appropriate resources or services
Note: The Crisis Helpline team will first answer calls in the primary local language of the designated location. If a switch to a secondary language is required, the call will either be transferred or a callback will be arranged.

Dependents Access
How can my dependents access Intellect’s services?
You can invite your dependents to have full premium access to Intellect directly through your account.
Go to the Profile tab > Settings > Add Dependents. Once added, your dependents will receive an email with a registration link to create their personal account and access premium services.
Who is an eligible dependent?
An eligible dependent refers to a permanent household family member who resides at the same address as the team member.
A dependent is considered a minor if they are a child between the ages of 12 and 18–21 years old, depending on the legal age in each region.
What if my dependent is a minor?
You will receive regular updates on your child’s engagement with Intellect. Parents or guardians are required to join their child’s first coaching or clinical session so the provider can understand your child’s needs and involve you if any risks are identified. You may also be asked to attend additional sessions if recommended by the provider.
